As of January 1, 2025, METRO has changed payment and ticketing service providers, and the new provider’s system is not accessible to ConnectSmart. That means users are no longer able to purchase, store or use METRO tickets through the ConnectSmart app. You are still able to plan your trips (including transit), earn rewards, and use your Coins to pay for Uber rides, gift cards, and carpooling through the app. Please submit a ticket if you have additional questions
