Trips are logged automatically when you plan and reserve your trip on the ConnectSmart app. In case you do not use the app for a particular trip, you can manually record a trip within two weeks of the actual trip. Up to three trips per day may be logged, and should reward points be offered for the logged trips, manually logged trips will receive fewer points than those logged by the app.
