Both the driver and passengers must have ConnectSmart accounts to participate in an Instant Carpool.
To use the Instant Carpool feature, the driver simply starts a solo driving trip and then taps the "add carpooler" button to add a rider.
This will bring up a QR code for your carpool passengers to scan with their ConnectSmart app or camera to confirm they’re aboard.
Riders, simply scan your driver’s QR code. Buckle up--you’re ready to roll!
